Whether you are the golfer looking to qualify for state, or the club resident seeking to break 80, through collaborative teamwork you can always become better and improve your game.

Who Am I?

A Mental Performance Coach. Who specializes in promoting mental health and well-being to athletes, high-risk professionals, stage performers and business professionals.

What do I do?

I provide specific and tailored training to individual clients, teams and organizations. Some of the material used in promoting mental performance training are goal-setting, team building exercises, managing anxiety, sleep habits, developing routines, relaxation strategies, identifying motivational factors and time management strategies to name a few.

How I do it?

All work is a collaborative effort. Learning to understand the needs of the client are paramount and throughout the process there are four steps I use to ensure program success and they are the planning phase, development phase, implementation phase, and evaluation phase. This ensures that we are able to adjust throughout the plan to ensure goals are met and overall program success.

What makes me different?

I believe what sets me apart is my ability to adapt to a wide range of client needs across many different domains. Even when approached to assist individuals from areas that I may not be an expert, I will do my homework to study and understand the dynamics the individual and team may be faced with. In addition, I understand that my client is always the expert of their domain, and I have the opportunity to learn from them. My goals in working with clients is to see them succeed at reaching their goals, and transferring what is learned through competition on the field is also tools they can use throughout life.

What is my why?

My passion has been helping others, and seeing them perform to the best of their abilities. It is this reason that I chose to become a cognitive performance coach, so that they are not only prepared mentally for the competition in front of them, but that when the day comes to hang things up, they have acquired tools to use all throughout their lives.
